The overall goal of the program is to greatly improve the athlete’s work capacity. In short, this is achieved through constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. The program is data-driven providing measurable, observable results which allow for critique and comparison.
The program focus will be on: Nutrition, Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance (rowing, running, stair climbing, etc.), Strength, Power, Speed and Explosiveness Training (Olympic Weight Lifting, Power Lifting, Plyometrics, Sprints, Sled Work, etc.), Coordination, Agility and Balance Training (Ladder, Hurdles, Movement Drills, etc.), Quickness and Reactivity (Response and Reaction Drills), Flexibility and Movement Efficiency, Proper Warm Up and Cool Down methods
Sessions will last 60 minutes
- Sessions will take place at my garage gym in Hamilton, ON
- Dates and times of sessions scheduled to suit the needs of the athlete
- Discounted rates available for athletes who want to train with a friend. Please contact me for details.
* Only serious athletes who know how to make a commitment will be accepted. Excuses will never be accepted. This program will be very tough and will push the athlete to their limit. Spaces are very limited. You WILL see results!
